The first day of the training in Seville came with a hit! 35 beautiful people from Greece, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria and Romania immersed ourselves in the soft skills and podcast training.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

They started the day with a get-to know each other part organized by Roberto from Twoplustwo. It was <\/a><\/span>full of joy and fun moments!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
In the second session, we took turn to join the workshops organized by Gianluca from Twoplustwo, Gina from Velos Youth<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span> and Furkan from Volonteurope.<\/span>\u00a0The topics were about soft skills, cultural integration, democracy and youth participation and the importance of water on earth. This activity aimed to equip the youth with more soft skills in order to apply them in the podcast creation and promotion for an inclusive society.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The training ended by an informative discussion about key elements in podcast creation and forming group for the next day activities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

From the second day onward, they explored everything needed to build a podcast from the scratch \u2013 from generating ideas to recording, editing and creating materials to promote our podcasts!\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The biggest thanks goes to Quico and Inma from University of Seville for their excellent hospitality to welcome and support us all along the way. A huge thanks to the coordination team Roberto Masullo from Twoplustwo<\/span>, Dominik and Alejandro from Action Synergy for organizing amazing activities for the whole group. And the last thank you is to all participants for their significant contribution and energy you brought to the training.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4 days in Seville hopefully has left them with full of inspiration, passion and skills on how to use their voice to change the world where everyone is included.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
